  1. Everything was working fine, and I noticed a few days ago that there were alerts, and all of them indicating that the check for application updates failed, and the check for the plugin updates failed. It used to work because I remember seeing the updates. Where do I start to look?
  2. So, I've obtained second season (some call it second part of season 1) of `Chilling Adventures of Sabrina`. When I am trying to download metadata for it (actors, ep descriptions and so on) it fails to do so because Emby thinks its season 3 despite me clearly stating it is season 2. You might ask how do I know it? I know it because I manually set it to season 2, however it is automatically fetches wrong release date.   3. Hi all, I've been using emby for a while now and one of my use cases was transferring music onto my phone. Since upgrading to 3.4.1.0 some of the files no longer transfer. They just remain "Transferring" in the Sync view and show up in the sync notification on Android in a loop. It's always the same files (some 20 out of 3000) as if the server couldn't read them.   4. I noticed the server wasn't able to successfully scan the library for the past 2 weeks now. It gives me the error A child with the Id xxxxxxxxxxxxx already exists. Digging in the logs it told me the error came from my Doctor Who folder. Apparently the media folder 'Specials & others' got duplicated somehow in the library. See attached image from the metadata manager. Strangely enough I haven't touched that series in a long time, so it couldn't be a PEBKAC issue.   5. fglog.txtMy DVR works well most of the time, but frequently will fall out of record mode, just a dead stop. One from last night log is attached. I got 2 minutes of Family Guy. Far as I know there was no disruption of the "server", and I use that term loosely, I am running a W-10 PC that's not far north of the minimum requirements. 8G of RAM, AMD X2 255 3.1 GHz 2 core which I suspect might be the weakness. Any advice on how to upgrade the "server" would be welcomed. Thanks

    Hi all, Just tried to update Server to 3.2.24 on wIndows 10, but got a window called "Cannot start application" with an information message message saying "Appication cannot be started. Contact the application vendor" . I have been experiencing multiple issues over the past few months and I think they are all related to each other: - Recordings don't fire, logs says that the timer fired but that it was too late - Recordings are stuck at "Active Recordings" - Recordings that don't leave a trace and just don't seem to be doing anything - Live TV not working (I get the spinning circle but no transcoding on the server is done and nothing streams) This morning I looked at the status of multiple schedules I had done.     NPVR Jumbled EPG - Won't Play Stream

    Hello, I am quite new to Emby and am very impressed with what I have seen so far, I am running Emby Server 3.0.7300.0 on Windows 10 Pro, the same machine as NPVR 3.8.3. As far as I can tell there are no problems on the NPVR side of things as I can browse the guide and watch streams locally and through the HTTP server. The problems I am encountering are: a) My guide data is jumbled only in Emby, BBC ONE West shows guide data for Channel 4, Channel 4 shows guide data for Kerrang! Radio.   12. Emby has gotten progressively worse for me over the last few updates. It seems whenever I connect via the Emby android app over 4G the server quits responding for everyone, and the logs show nothing. Now, however, the Emby server will not start and throws some nasty errors!   13. I've had this problem for a few days now, been trying to sort it out and can't get a grip on it. I have five external hard drives, with folders for various Media Libraries across each of the drives. Lately, files being auto-organized into Drive 4\Television 4 have been failing. Every time. No matter what. So I navigated to the folders through the Network links in My Computer instead of the direct hard drive links. Everything is there.   14. Hey guys, The new theater refuses to open when my pc is offline. I simply get a big black screen. Looking at the logs it seems to be task connecting to github for updates and failing - which is halting the entire startup process? I tried messing around in the config files, turning some autoupdate directive to false. This did not help. But it also appears that the new theater doesn't clean up the remnants of the old theater very well, so maybe those configs are unused? Either way, log file is attached.     Sync to External drive

    Hello, I've tried this on two different portable hard drives, but I cannot get the sync plug-in to choose a folder other than the root folder on each drive. Has anyone else experienced this? Reboot did not help. This is on sync 3.0.5582.40801 and server 3.0.5675.1 I can't see anything obvious in the server log, but here it is anyway. server-63573638400.zip
  16. Hi everyone I tried to update my Media Browser Server to the newest Version v3.0.5518.7 from the previous stable version. But everytime it shows me the 404 error and tries to connect to my local inetpub directory (see the picture attached). Obviously in this path is no Media Browser installation so it fails to load the dashboard and all the other stuff. I tried a complete new installation and everything else, running as a service or direct as an application (the application is loading everytime normal, showing the splash Screen and so on), everytime the same error.
