Multi part movie cannot show correctly in Emby. I tried with the support page: Emby Movie Naming : Emby, and followed the instructions with Split video files (file stacking), it cannot work. The movie won't show as a single movie, and only one part could be scanned, the other part will just be recognized as an extra content of the movie. I really don't know how to fix that. And I upgrade the Emby server to the latest 4.6, still same problem. What should I do to make this kind of multi part movie show correctly in my library? Except for merge the two files into one.

I have ripped some of my dvd box-sets with a resulting folder structure like this: /movies /box-name /movie_a /extras /movie_b /extras and so on, no problems so far. Now some boxes include bonus discs with more extras. Where do I put these? It would be wrong to put them in some of the "/movies/box-name/movie_x/extras" folders since they don't belong to a particular movie but to the whole box. But they won't be recognized by Emby if placed in a "/movies/box-name/extras" folder. And by placing them in /movies/box-name/bonus/extras" they'll clutter the whole library since there is no main movie in "/movies/box-name/bonus". So what is the correct way to place the content of a bonus disc of a dvd box-set?

Completed Live TV Recording - Default Naming Scheme for Daily Programs
blade005 posted a topic in Feature Requests
Can we get a Default Naming Scheme for recordings that are Daily Series that are unique? Something similar to what WMC does with all Recordings. Series Name_RecordDate_RecordStartTime This would only be for recordings marked as Series in Guide Data, that don't have Season and Episode number information. (Daily Talk Shows, Daily News Shows) This would give unique Identifiers for Daily Episodes and/or Multiple Episodes within a day. Just a thought.
