  1. Hi I seem to be having issues with my emby server on my Synology Nas. Lately I have been playing tv series and after maybe a few episodes as it is always different the server will stop and I will have to run the server again. Once I play some more files again it will do the same thing. I have checked in the forums and I stopped the map porter and the dnl plugin but it still seems to do it. Any help would be great as I really like emby but don't want to always have to re run the server every time it stops.

    PLAYBACK STOPS

Hi, I want to get some help with my Emby instance. No matter how I setup my live tv (Xteve, adding m3u directly to Emby, PMS from Xteve). I tried the same m3u playlist on different places such as VLC and other media applications and it worked without issues. Here are my logs embyserver.txt ffmpeg-transcode-007b333e-bb70-4857-a61a-63a4ee63091d_1.txt
  3. Trying to keep Emby Server Version 3.5.3.0-18 in a continuous run on my Synology DS718+. Set up as a NAS for movies. DSM version is DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 4. I can manually run the package. At some point, something stops the package and I have to manually restart. Don't know when the problem started. Just know I found it on the 4th when I tried to watch a movie Don't have any idea where to start or what to look for. I'm pretty much illiterate about servers. If I have put EMBY Server on the desktop, it disappears when EMBY stops. Sorry but you'll have to be very specific about how/were to get any information you might need. Right now, I can't even locate the logs. Anyone with suggestions??? Thanks..
  4. I've seen it happen on many songs (almost all of them > 5 minutes) but "Stay" on Interstellar never completed. The most recent attempt, it stopped at exactly 4:00. I attached the logs. It did not have any problems playing through the browser on my computer. Edit: It has done it on 6ch FLAC and MP3. logs.zip

    DS216j as Server

Hi Guys, I have the following problem: The streaming playback from outside, in the constellation with a DS216j and the Emby server on the Nas, very jerky and stops synonymous during playback of a movie. Can I fix or improve the problem with settings?
  6. Before a video stops playing, I get the "Loading, please wait" message on the screen, similar to what others have reported. When I checked the server log, there is an entry waiting for the next .ts file, but it doesn't exist, nor is it listed in the m3u8 playlist file: 2015-03-18 11:27:04.8893 Info - App: waiting for C:\Users\Media\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\transcoding-temp\c1f49a88b916337905bab9c2a49fedc2833.tsHere are a few lines before that message: 015-03-18 11:27:03.2292 Debug - HttpServer: HTTP GET http://192.168.1.140:8096/mediabrowser/Videos/cf3d75f18b5b35930747c52a1e746a25/hlsdynamic/main/832.ts?mediaSourceId=cf3d75f18b5b35930747c52a1e746a25&maxWidth=1920&maxHeight=1080&videoCodec=h264&profile=high&level=41&deviceId=1MH361020127&ClientTime=1426677997&MaxVideoBitDepth=8&MaxRefFrames=8&AudioCodec=aac&MaxAudioChannels=2&AudioStreamIndex=1&AudioBitrate=128000&VideoBitrate=30000000 Ip: 192.168.1.11:56786.
