Look at the screenshot under 'selecting a rule icon' to see how to change the icon for a rule: For #2, for the *same show in the same library*, the image should get the icon no matter where it appears in Emby. It's possible your Emby client is caching the image locally. I might do additional plugins in the future using the same rules engine to provide different effects, but not anytime soon I also don't really want to duplicate Cover Art features. Eigeplackter 75 Posted February 15, 2023 Share Posted February 15, 2023 Somehow I had the beta 2.2.0.12 installed on my server and was wondering why I dont see continued series anymore. So I installed 2.2.0.10 stable from plugin catalogue, rebooted and still had no icons to choose. So I deinstalled, rebooted server and made a fresh 2.2.0.10 installation including reboot. Than I had icons again, but emby server updated automatically to beta 2.2.0.12 Items are still available, but reboot is outstanding and I'm a bit scared. After library scan I went to tvshows, but there are no icons on the shows Even though in main page there are icons I have emby premier lifetime, but no subscription for the plugin. I have no other rules defined (movies and collections are inactive) and I'm on emby beta 4.8.0.21, is that why it forces me to beta plugin ? Yes as plugins are/should be set to server versioning for compatibility depending on the dev and if they truly support beta release. You need to be on the latest Iconic beta if you're on the latest Emby beta. You'll also need to redo your Iconic configuration if you created it with an earlier version of the plugin. I tag movies with Dolby Digital 2.0, 5.1 etc. just 5.1 doesnt work. Is there some sort of Wildcard for the tag value so I dont have to make x rules if I want all 5.1 files tagged ? You can target resolution with a MediaStream rule. I forget the property name and can't check at the moment. You can use the ChannelLayout property and/or Codec to target audio.
