Hello Is it possible in livetv to assign a m3u to one or more users? I have two IPTV subscriptions with two streams each. I would like it to be shared between the 4 accounts in the house. How can I do this? Thanks

Hi, It would be nice to have an option for single or multi languages metadata fetching. And based on the user settings it display the language metadata with in the home and in libraries. And maybe with a button or dropdown menu like in Audio and Subtitles if there is more than one inside the main page of the media. Thank you.

Weird enough search function found nothing even though I have seen topics about this in the past, but ok. I recently removed Emby Theatre because I wanted to update to the latest version. Installation went fine, but before the installation Emby always started on my second screen (TV). Now it keeps starting on main screen (PC monitor) which is somewhat annoying (though not life threatening). I haven't tried anything yet since I thought it weird that it happens since the update. Anything changed with the last version concerning this or should I look closer at home? Windows 10 Emby Theatre version (few days back, gotta check later for number) BenQ monitor Samsung TV

Hey there, I was just wondering if you guys can suggest any settings, tweaks, hacks, plugins, etc. for pushing the overall streaming performance when multiple users stream media. When I start a 1080p mkv movie ( in this case with dts) which triggers transcoding at 10 mbps the movie runs like it should... but as soon as another user starts streaming a movie like this, it sadly turns into a wallpaper-picture-show. While the overall performance of my server should be more then enough (100+mbit bandwidth, 2 cores, 32gb ram) there seems to be a pretty tight performance bottleneck somewhere and I hope you guys can help me fix that. My goal is to be able to stream for up to 5 users (from different sources like browser, fire stick, apple tv, and so on) at the same time without any lags. what do I need to know and understand here? how to manage this? how/what to tweak? what topics should I look deeper into? Any input on this topic is greatly appreceated for I am new to this software. Thanks in advance Soki

Hi, I've had a search on the forum and all I can find is a reference to MBC saying they now support multi-part files. Is this feature implemented in MBT yet? Trying to work out if I've done something wrong or what I'm seeing is the expected behaviour? I have a very large library with some multi-part movies, and although I could go through and join them... I'd rather be drinking a beer instead. I've read the KB article on file naming structure. The behaviour I'm seeing is: 1) The WebUI shows a second part, but does not play it automatically. 2) MBT doesn't see a second part at all. 3) The android or iOS clients don't see a second part either. Is there a way for me to seamlessly play a multi-part movie (or more importantly.... for my kids to play a multi-part movie seamlessly) without needing to use a mouse and keyboard? I'd be happy with being able to cast multi-part movies to my chromecast from a mobile client if necessary until this feature is implemented in MBT. Here is an example from my library:
