I have paid for Emby Premier, and set up XMLTV This should show the TV listings for the 54403 zip code which is Wausau, WI. The TV stations and logos are there like they should be. Unfortunately it does not show the shows. Can someone help me and show me what I am doing wrong? Thank You, Mike

I am trying to map OTA channels to xmltv, but I have run into an issue. Some OTA channels have "programs" which appear as sub channels in the form of "chan.sub". After updating to 3.1.5 my XmlTV channelsmapping got lost, and I cant map it again. It just sits there whit the turning around nd never ends. I did try deleting tuners and guide providers and create these again, but same result Anyone knows what to do ?

I found a display bug when using xmltv sources. How to recreate the bug. Go to Guide providers xmltv unselected enable for all tuners and then select one tuner as source. In my case an hdhomerun. Click save. Go back to the home screen. then go back to the xmltv source that you edited. The enable for all tuners is unselected, but no sources are selected. I believe it s display bug only as the guide data is correct, and it saves the channel mapping. Tested in firefox, windows 10 pro emby server. I have 4 hdhomruns 3 sources all xmltv I can upload server log if needed, but is was 11 megs.

I have been using Schedules direct for a year now, and am looking into moving toward something free. I am currently trying to get XMLTV working correctly. I have used zap2xml to download my wanted guide data to xml (attached), mapped my channels manually, and the information is populated into the guide successfully. The problem I am running into is what it is marking as new or repeat in the guide, especially repeat without an original air date. Looking in the xml <previously-shown start="20161127000000" /> designates a repeat showing with the original air date in the start= attribute But if where I am pulling data from doesn't know the original air date it just comes through as <previously-shown /> For the ones that have start= attribute, they are working correctly and it shows repeat in the guide If it doesn't have the start= attribute, then it is showing up as New in the guide New episodes that are designated as <new /> work correctly as far as I can tell xmltv.xml server-63615756427.txt

Hello I want to develop a nice add-on that feed external live TV channels coming from XMLTV file ( EPG) I have amazing XMLTV file URL that I manage questions: 1. does it already developed ? 2. does the TV Guide UI ( in grid mode) already developed by the MB3 ? where can I see the code ? 3. how can I add external videos inside the MB ? ( I have XML file with YouTube urls and descriptions...) Best Sharon

Currently I have an HDHR Prime on my network consuming 256 Clear QAM from my linear TV provider. In this configuration I don't have an M-Card installed, so I don't have the benefit of it mapping the RF Channels to Virtual Channels. Instead it creates its own RF to Virtual Channel map and assigns channel numbers in the 5000s. I've mapped these HDHR virtual 5000 number channels to the virtual channel number my linear TV provider assigns them in their network. My question is if Emby TV, or through the use of a M3U/XLTV file, will I eventually be able to create these virtual assignments myself to make up for the lack of an M-Card? If so, is there a tentative timeline? Thank you!

My tv guide provider inserts Movie: prefix which causes emby to not recognise the movie. To test this I disabled the prefix in the tv guide provider settings and as soon as I did emby populated the emby tiles with the actual movie which is an awsome feature. As I use WMC on my main tv I prefer that it shows Movie: prefix it comes in very handy when you are using the tv guide it will also come in handy when tv guide gets implemented in the new emby theater Thank You
