amb13 18 Posted June 6, 2020 Posted June 6, 2020 This looks great, but I can't get it to work. It just returns no results. Or when I have opensubtitle plugin installed I only see results from that. I've trippelchecked all my settings suggested in this thread. Anyone had problems and gotten it to work?

amb13 18 Posted June 7, 2020 Posted June 7, 2020 Hi Here is a serverlog from trying to search manually for a subtitle. embyserver.txt
Luke 40065 Posted June 7, 2020 Posted June 7, 2020 What did you search for? How did you configure your subtitle download settings for the library?
amb13 18 Posted June 8, 2020 Posted June 8, 2020 Searched for an English subtitle. Configured and tried everything as stated in this reply: Hi make sure you have these options enabled in Emby on your Movie Library. and try to disable Open subtitle for a better test - also make sure the Emby.Subtitle.subscene.dll is placed in your Plugin folder! - can you go to a random movie, press "more" -> "Edit Subtitles" and search for your current language. try first with Hash Match, if it does not find anything try without. - i would also enable the "Reports" plugin for more details about any report, and activity on my server.
Luke 40065 Posted June 8, 2020 Posted June 8, 2020 did you read the help text underneath the hash match option?
amb13 18 Posted June 8, 2020 Posted June 8, 2020 I've tried with both hatch match on and off of course
amb13 18 Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Yes, I search for popular movies with lots of subtitles on their site.
Luke 40065 Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 Can you please go over a specific example? Thanks.
amb13 18 Posted June 10, 2020 Posted June 10, 2020 In the log I posted earlier I searched for subtitles to the movie About Time. It has over 70 English subtitles on subscene. I get the same for every movie I've searched for, and that is nothing. I'm running Emby 4.4.3.0, could that be a problem?
ash666 0 Posted June 12, 2020 Posted June 12, 2020 It doesn't work, am i suppose to do anything with source code zip?
Ralph's Emby 16 Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 Hi, Downloaded the .dll however I cannot locate where to copy/paste. Need some instructions to follow. I had downloaded, you other Subtitle App + register and is not working, so hoping this one does. Any instructions will be appreciated
amb13 18 Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 I tried adding this to a fresh install on windows, 4.4.3.0. When I try to search I get this Quote 2020-06-13 12:13:08.378 Debug TaskManager: Executing Download subtitles 2020-06-13 12:13:08.378 Info HttpServer: HTTP Response 204 to ::1. vizdaphiel 0 Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 (edited) tried to install this plugin, and automatic and manual download is working. but for auto download, most of the time the subtitle downloaded is out of sync with the audio in the movie. not sure what config did i miss, seems like it is only just a Hash Match flag.
