Why isn't Emby available in the Samsung store for all countries?

That is exactly this issue.  As Luke mentioned, you should get the next update when it is deployed.

Hi Guys, from Italy finally i can install Emby for Tizen from App Store!

QE32LS03TCUXZT (Samsung The Frame 2020) Work good but 1.4.8 emby version

QE65QN85AATXZT (Samsung QLED Neo 2021) Work good but 1.4.8 emby version

Found out the hard way (usb plain stops working), but yes, Emby is now available in Samsung Store in Canada.

This is a game changer. Thanks to all involved !

I'm not sure of the reason for that, but once we stop doing these country expansion requests and then submit a new app update, I think there's a good chance it will be available to you after that.

Yea we're trying to support every country that we possibly can. I wish there was a way that we could speed them up on approving these requests, but unfortunately there isn't.

There is also no app for the Models Q60R and Q90R both are 2019 Models.

Both TVs got a reset and we selected germany as region (usually we choose austria) but after setup and smart hub update, still no emby.

I found out the hard way for my region china that they actually geolock the region so even if I change the region store then the actual store app won’t load at all and would require vpn to change it to another region.

Just FYI - they advised us it could be up to a "few weeks" before it appears in the new stores.  So, if it isn't there yet, please check back.

For all people in Switzerland the app is available and can be installed we tested it, it works.

Also if you already installed the app you don't have to do the set up again even it run out the 30 days evaluation period.

Thank you team EMBY on the New Zealand news.  So happy as I recently changed my TV to be "UK" just to stop having to side load the app.

Quick question - is there an easy way for me to check the Samsung Store if the app is actually in the New Zealand store and ready without resetting my TV region?  Is there a URL I can check please?

sadly no china :(  i think the reason why china won't be accepted is because the person submitting it needs to be a registered here in china for distribution
