See ebr's message about the standard app and the next two posts afterward in the mobile app thread.  It sounds like they are still working on getting ATV back.

Only the standard app has been restored at this point.  We are still waiting on Google for the TV one.

Is anyone else having this problem: I just downloaded emby a few days ago and now my trial period is expired. I want to unlock it but it gives an error message in the app - see pictures.

Lastly, the "emby for android tv" app is no longer listed (hopefully temporarily) on the play store so i cant go on my phone and try pay to unlock.

Anyone know what's wrong?

I've just bought a Chromecast with Google TV and I cannot find Emby when using it.  I tried opening Google Play on the device and searched for Emby, but nothing (Plex, Kodi, etc all come up).

I've tried following the instructions above, i.e. "But if I open the app store app on chromecast with google tv, I was able to find Emby app." i.e. I opened Google Play on the Chromecast with Google TV device and typed in "Emby" but couldn't find Emby this way.  Has something changed since Oct 2020 or am I searching in the wrong place.

I only bought the new Chromecast with Google TV because I read Emby could be loaded to it, so need to get it on!

Hi I'm newbie here.

As per topic issue, it also happen to me. I have to side load apk from wmby website. Everything good to go. However when I want to purchase playback unlock, error wrote 'the item you requested is not available for purchase'.

Please have a look on this issue. I'm really an active movie fan. I don't want this issue to appear once trial end.

meaning Google Play issues with Android TV app are not sorted yet, and no Unlock is currently possible. What more exactly would you like there to be looked at?
