Hi Ludwig should get the composer credit he is due. Being a Composer doesn't make automatically make him a "Jazz Artist" It is just like in the example Anothony Jackson and Simon Phillips. They performed on the track, their credits are "Performer" that Doesn't automatically Give them "Artist" credit

So you feel that having Ludwig named on a track whose genre is Jazz shouldn't link him to the Jazz genre? Paul

Are you trying to access internally using your external address? Some routers allow this, others don't, or it may be an option. Try using your server's local address. Paul

Yes, you are right. I test it, the "pause" and "unpause" event send all the time. The old code my webhook server can not recieve the pause and unpause event, but when I modify code, it always recieve, I will think about it more.

Love the theme! There is an issue, however: The one on the left is "Emby 3.0 Arreglo", on the right is the original theme (with no css additions in settings). On the left, I can't click on the arrow to go right. So I can't see the next episodes of a series. In the vanilla version 4.8.5.0 everything works propperly and I can scroll to the right by clicking on the the arrow/area.

Of your list of things to learn the users (UIDs) and groups (GIDs) is the one I have most issues with. Files and directories, ownership and permissions in linux are a bit of an issue but everything else is not that different in Windows or I had experience of it at work albeit initially in a monkey see monkey do way. I guess a bit of reading and playing with a system will get me in the swing of it and of course the best way to learn is to get on and do it. I'll probably start with a GUI as it tends to be a little more novice freindly and once I've got to grips with the bits I need to know to get the few programs I need to run I'll more than likley go CLI only. The web interfaces for all the programs will be very familiar as I've been using them for years. I've already looked around at the distros and found it quite bewildering. However I have some experience of Mint which I see in your list so I reckon I'll start there. I have another old PC that I'll probably run as a testbed for my linux self training so that I don't make any disasterous changes on what will become a live system at some point. I'll also have a look at OpenMediaVault to see if its something I may want to use. Thanks for your advice, it's definitely given me a better understanding of what to start with and what I need to learn

We have tried both cable and wifi, the result is the same. Video without transcode has no problem. Video with transcode in 4.7.6.0 has no problem. It's not the connection

Sorry, a brief aside, and in case anyone encounters the same problem: If you have an Android TV box and the date and time are not being set correctly, try setting the Internet connection to use a static IP address. That should solve the problem. About my transcoding problem, what happened was that I was playing a video from an old Popcorn Hour which I'm using as an storage device. For some reason, if I play anything from it transcoded, the video hangs after a minute. OTOH, if I don't transcode, anything from it plays fine. About the video hanging after 15 minutes, I think it was caused by the wrong date and time in the TV box and/or not using a static IP address, which causes an "no Internet" connection message to pop up.

Hi, For some odd reason South Park is theme video and song is downloaded from a show called "dads" ..and not South Park. Checked my IMDB/TVDB/ETC settings and all are correct. Any idea what's going on? Cheers!

Running emby in a new docker instance and testing with a single shared media folder. Playback from web browser is fine (wireless), but the same stream from AppleTV (wired) or Android (wireless) is horrendously slow to start, or never starts. With a second emby server running on a laptop, hosting the same video file directly from the laptop. The playback is generally good. Back to the docker server, If I change the AppleTV stream from Auto to 720p 1Mbps, the playback is fine? Trying some other options, 1080p 5Mpbs or above, the issue comes back. The docker server media is a readonly NFS mount. If the same media is moved from NFS to local storage, the AppleTV direct playback works, however there is still a 2-3 start delay. So something with my NFS + direct mode + AppleTV is not working (again, web playback is unaffected, even in direct mode)

This plugin does not pull from Adultdvdempire or any other adult sitre for that matter, it uses its own database. However data can be fetched from adultdvdempire to the plugins database if it fits the criteria. pm me the links to the content you want added, some vod is ok if its actually same as a dvd and has a poster (box) image, but individual scenes wont be added.

Strangely the iPadOS version works really well on Apple TV when side loaded. Problem is it only works for 7 days then apple remove it, unless you have a paid developer account. Can we not just get the iPadOS version to replace TvOS? It’s the same on Android as well. Android version works far better on Android TV compared to the Android TV version…

I assume you tried a Kodi restart already? Which iptvsimple version and I need a kodi.log for review
