@DarkStar1977 @hackthis02 Yes you can manually reinstall from catalog or restart server to as plugin update task runs at startup and every 24 hours or you can run the task from the api.

You should be able to go force the update under plugin catalog.

The Catalog shows the same latest version:

Anyway if this is solved in 3.0.3.11, probably will be refreshed in the next couple of hours, no problem, thanks for your help !

I am guessing a change in beta server causing stats to not work.

Maybe not. I don't recognize that code.

Not sure as on that server 2 or the 3 users work.  But stable 4 users work.  And another test beta 0 of 4 work.

@hackthis02 Oddly, the update to 3.0.3.11 wasn't automatically offered to me either. Same for the Folder Sync update that was released earlier today. Weird...

Anyway, just manually updated to version 3.0.3.11 of the statistics plugin from the catalog, and I'm happy to report that the issue I reported about with respect to episode counts in the "collected" column on the "User-based show progress" not being reported correctly is resolved. Hopefully others report the same.

Once again, thanks for keeping this plug-in up and running!!!

In the image provided only that user throws that error.

Tested on three servers

Beta 1: only one of the three users shows error on user stats.

Beta 2: all users fail.

Stable: all users work.

@hackthis02 Can see in previous backups the issue is in with Statistics.xml.

Looks like it broke after 3.0.3.3, rolled all the way back to 3.0.3.3 to get that users stats to work for all users.

Updating to 3.0.3.11 still shows data, but running the task no longer generates data in the xml for that user and breaks even though it knows there are 3 total users.  Only generate for data for two users.

But on this machine, it is selective to that specific user.

Do those users have Emby connect ids? I remember an API update that deprecated the ability to get all users, so I ended up getting just the ones that Emby connect ids.

There are three users on this system that I am primarily testing on.

database userids

User id 1 no ConnectID does not work

User id 2 has ConnectID works

User id 5 no ConnectID works

Also, it seems people weren't getting the newest version because 3.0.3.11 was sorted in between 3.0.3.1 and 3.0.3.2. Making version 3.0.3.9 the 'newest' version. @Luke Might want to have someone check that.

Not sure I follow but as for updates it is only checked at Startup and 24 hr intervals.  Unless there is something in different platforms.

What do you mean?  I see it in the catalog in top plugins row and in reporting row.

@hackthis02 Thanks for the quick fix with the episode count. The 3.0.4 is working great here, even the scroll issue I reported seems to have worked it's self out. Not sure if it's a core update/plugin or maybe browser but all good. 👍

I install it again and still see that error:
`Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Statistics.Helpers.Calculator.CalculateMovieQualities()
at Statistics.ScheduledTasks.CalculateStatsTask.MediaBrowser.Model.Tasks.IScheduledTask.Execute(CancellationToken cancellationToken, IProgress`1 progress)
at Emby.Server.Implementations.ScheduledTasks.ScheduledTaskWorker.ExecuteInternal(TaskOptions options)`

Regards.

You need to find the unidentified items in your library.
