Diederik posted a topic in Feature RequestsWould it be possible to have a default display setting for picture folders? I already organize my picture folders by date and event. Each time I open a picture folder, all pictures have "2021" as title. With every folder, I have to open the folder settings, and select "filename" as field to show, and untoggle "year". Could this be made into a default somewhere?
Blackie posted a topic in FreeBSDNew guy question. Everything seems to be working FreeNAS-11.0-U2 (e417d8aa5) and emby-220.127.116.11-amd64. But I don't understand what the Emby Dashboard info is telling me. When I selected the the folders for Emby I used a media folder I had made and the jail that the Emby plugin made. The storage folders show as /mnt/FNAS/Media/Movies which is a folder I made and /media/Movies which is in the emby_1 jail. However, when I look to see where the metadata is being stored using the Server Dashboard it shows /var/db/emby-server/root/default/Movies Now I cannot find that folder anywh
At the moment, when we click on Movies, it defaults to showing us the Suggestions Tab by default. Then we have to click on the Movies tab to see the movies we've come to look through. Being forced to see what Emby thinks we want to watch is like something Microsoft would implement. Can we have the options in User Preferences to change this to what we would like?
Hopefully this is a simple request, and one that others will see the merit in too. Essentially, the media center users in my home will typically all be sharing the same "Movies" and "TV" libraries, and only our "Music" libraries will be different. Because of this, I think it would probably be ideal if the server allowed for all users to use the Default Library (which I would define to include "Music" and "TV") and then be able to add custom libraries on top of that. I do see that this has been requested by one other (jj12345) as well, but it was in a post that included multiple items, so
