It is recommended to improve the Chinese fuzzy search function Now, when searching for an actor's name in Chinese, the system must match the first character to display search results. For example, if I want to search for Jackie Chan, I must input "成" for the system to show results for "成龙." If I only input "龙," the system will not display results for "成龙." Hi guys, I got some problems when using the Collection and subs. @Happy2Play Can we use the oldest movie/show's year for the Collection? I put The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan into a collection. The Collection uses the date of the latest show, not the first one. I did change the year of the Collection, but nothing changed. Second, is there any way we can customize the order inside a Collection? In Plex, we can easily change the orders by moving the title without changing the name. In Emby, I only saw two options: the name and date. The last question, can Emby add another option --- just the "Chinese" for the preferred subtitle language? Not Chinese Simplified or Traditional, just the Chinese. Because some videos contain an English sub, which is set as default. Sometimes, the default hard sub is English, and the Traditional Chinese soft sub cannot show up because no Simplified Chinese sub exists.

"碧蓝之海" is the chinese title for the show Grand Blue (anime). I found that chinese word "碧" causes wrong spacing in web interface in title but not in description. Andriod app is tested to be free of error. This bug is not the first time I've seen (in episode tiltles of other shows from time to time), but as the title for a show, it bugs me more. What is the reason for this bug and it there a way to fix it? Below are the screenshots from web client for demo. Thanks in advance!!

I used a Roku Premiere and some other Roku which could only do 1080p which wasn't very good. I was using nvdia shield tv as the server with emby beta server 4.1.0.22. Just want to report the Roku Premiere handled 4K content good as long as the movie was under 12GB or so. 20GB and 25GB file size (forgot the bitrate) then it'd stutter. Roku can't do double byte subtitle decoding which means no Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc. That's a limitation for some. Anyway I'm gonna stick with nvidia shield for all my clients it looks like.
