Hello Emby I need your help please. I just upgraded my home cinema with a Samsung 75” QLED frame TV and a Samsung Q990C 11.1.4 Soundbar. I am running Emby on the TV and the server is a NUC. I wanted to test the audio out and loaded media (below picture shows Dr Strange with TRUEHD audio 7.1. My problem is after around 10 minutes of play I get the “spinning circle” on the movie and I need to stop it and replay it and it works again for another 10 minutes then the spinning circle arrives. I’m not sure if I’ve missed a setting or if this is maxing out my setup - I’m just trying to achieve the best video/audio I can. The movie sounds awesome it just gets the circle and won’t come back until I drop it. I’m hoping someone has an easy fix or setting I can try. thanks. Rob.

Have never had issue with Emby in the past, since it was mediabrowser - all of a sudden have weird issue with not having access to the Library Screen. The only thing there is spinning circle for minutes on end. Thank you in advance for anyone whom can assist. Have posted screenshot and log files - have reinstalled server, multiple restarts, etc. embyserver-63716415624.txt embyserver.txt

(Emby Android Mobile LGV20) What used to work now has a Black Screen and a Spinning Circle every time I open the app. I am getting ready to go on vacation and need this flipping thing to work. I have restarted my server and the devices, uninstalled, reinstalled, followed other threads regarding this issue and their suggested fixes. I am not sure how to send a log when the app wont open.

Android TV - Live TV - No Audio/No Video Just a spinning circle
kanipek posted a topic in Android TV / Fire TV
I haven't ever really used Emby for watching Live TV before. So I don't know if this is a recent problem or not. Emby doesn't seem to have any other issues recording any of these channels. I am attaching a server log and several ffmeg (transcode) logs. So what I am seeing on an Nvidia Shield is this: For an mpg2 channel a spinning circle for a few seconds then channels play For mp4 channels just a spinning circle, black screen no audio/video Sony Bravia XBR55x850d: Same as the NVIDIA Shield Web client: Plays Everything I have tried to tune So with the Sony and Nvidia both being Android TV am I missing a setting some where? Should Live TV be working normally on these clients? On the Nvidia I did try to use an external player (which ended up using KODI) but there was a lot of buffering. Emby Server is Version 3.2.26.0 I have rebooted server/network to try and fix. I have seen no error messages. Thanks for reading and any help you can provide! server-63638039827.txt ffmpeg-remux-658ee994-d307-4e15-b010-ff206a026995.txt ffmpeg-remux-48161535-d1db-469c-8889-cbb75f94b9d6.txt ffmpeg-remux-2d9c9ce5-dca8-4007-85f3-3fc1b53e11b5.txt ffmpeg-transcode-2aab3d6e-cdb1-4f2d-876e-eae47c184313.txt- 39 replies

I am running the dev channel of chrome, and recently after the 37.0.2054.3 dev-m update, I have been unable to use the web interface. I have tried resetting the browser, removing extensions, etc. My problem is that I cannot navigate in the UI - clicking anything causes the spinning circle animation to appear in the center of the window and nothing else. If I keep refreshing, sometimes I can get the page link to redirect me to the next page. I have tried Internet Explorer and Chrome 35 (stable) - they work fine. Only dev channel chrome fails. Has anyone else had this behavior occur? Is this a Google Chrome issue, or a media browser server issue? I cannot seem to find anything in the logs that would give me further details on the issue, it all looks normal.
