On the web client, manually searching for a thumb has the same result: no thumb, and it only checks fanart.tv. Also on the web client, some of the data sources are checked, and they are actually checkable (see image), unlike the Theater client. I just checked for a newer client a few days ago, but 3.0.19 was current. Lemme check again.

Guys my sserver no longer generates collections and ive since lost em all.... How do I repopulate the collections library or is this something else completely that i see eveyone pissed about How do I populate my media collecctions library again : )

Yeah my m3u works fine but it’s just XML file that is not working I pulling my hair out here lol but I went to IPTVBoss discord and ask if anyone was having problems with Emby lol

Its weird, the M3U URL that i use from Dropbox still works fine but the XML does not. Maybe some others can chime in and confirm or help with this problem.

Do you see the same behavior in the Web Client? We would need to see the server log for a specific example once you have enabled providers on the library. Unable to reproduce setting not working/applying. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the client also as it is a version behind. @Luke Looks like ET needs a little love at least for TVDB as I see the same in 3.0.20.

I can confirm it is something to do with Dropbox cause when I point Emby to use the output xml file from IPTVBoss directly instead of using the Dropbox URL it loads EPG information on all channels like it did before. You may want to hop on IPTVBoss discord and ask there what is going on cause I don't think this has anything to do with Emby as it looks like your using the stable build and I'm using the beta build of Emby and everything was working fantastic until the last few days I believe so something had to of changed on Dropbox I guess.

That doesn't work. I already tried that and I shouldn't have to add or do anything extra to fix this. This was a result of the last upgrade to the server. I need to understand how I roll back the server to the previous version. I'm very unhappy with the layout now.

Browsers are the worst as they accumulate with versioning updates. You have two options Multi-select the devices and select delete from the context menu or Device List Cleaner plugin

Looking at your logs are you getting your XML from dropbox? I too have mine setup like that using IPTVBoss and am having the exact same issue so i guess that is the source of the problem. I will try just using a local XML file and see if that works.

I've recently started having missing images for TV series in my TV library, often thumbs. It seems like Fanart.tv is the only data provider now. I'm pretty sure it used to grab images from both fanart & tvdb. From the TV library, Shows tab, right-click on show, select 'Edit Images', right-click on 'Thumb', 'Search for Image', click on 'Source', the options are 'All' or 'Fanart'. TVDB isn't an option. For at least one of the shows, Fanart doesn't have a thumb, so this isn't Emby failing to find a resource that exists. TVDB doesn't have 'thumbs', but its 'background' images would make decent thumbs if scaled/cropped. Possibly related, in the server settings, under the library for tv shows, the various data sources are uncheckable; when you try, a message pops up saying that "no options available for the selected items". Also, the tvdb option has a weird link that appears to be a tracking/link forwarder as seen in the attached image. Running Ember Server 4.8.5.0 on Kubuntu, Emby Theater 3.0.19 If anyone knows what is going on, why, or how to fix it, I would very much appreciate your insight. Thanks!

@artstaryou haven't come up with a workaround for this have you? I was thinking maybe "recursively delete the directory containing the movie['Path'] and then force a library rescan" - but - pretty ugly.

I think it's exactly as you say. Consider that I have a TCL TV, on which I have installed Emby app, which takes files from my NAS. The TV is connected to the amplifier via optical cable. For movies and concerts in DTS or DD (*.mkv files) everything is ok, the amplifier reproduces them perfectly in DTS or DD, only for these files ripped from CD/DTS I have problems.
