Can you turn on debug logging (in emby) and run it again - then post the log. For some reason it's only doing 133 of the 4781 files .. ?

Any update on this issue ? On many photo libraries, Thumbnails are correct orientation but the actual images are displayed upside down on the LG TV. Using the ExifTool to change the orientation tag has no effect.

Just to update - the CGNAT was the issue. To anyone in the UK who is with Lit Fibre, you can call and ask to be switched to a static IPv4 for £5 a month and you will be able to port forward after this.

Sure but Folders cannot be queried. You have to use Album or Artist tab to query. And depending on your folder structure and library setting on whether images are even save in folder to be see in folder view at all. The collection error is a old error from when collections were relocated but old path remained. Also note the config file is useless as it is no long used. So you would have to use the api to check and change it. Most steps can be found here but should be unrelated. All your configs look correct but per the nfo is not being read as the UI does not show all externalids, people, or overview. But will guess you will need to Refresh all these items as they appear to have partial information and missing images. Depending on how many have issues you want to just do the entire library. If that does not work we would need to see that server log.

Here's the settings of the movie library. The nfo file is attached, although, I did just notice there are two in there for some reason, one with a different name than the movie file. I'll probably do a script to find the duplicates and move them out or something. Could this cause an issue? The time it starts is when I restarted the server for a clean log, and the scan doesn't seem to explicitly mention when it starts, but you can see it start to scan the libraries that are listed, that's why TV is scanning just fine, but there is no mention of Movies being scanned at all. As I mentioned in the original post, I restarted and then initiated the "Scan Library Files" button which scans all libraries. But again, nothing is ever mentioned in the logs for scanning movies, this is exactly why I'm posting. Also, you can clearly see that it's already in debug, there are multiple lines referencing debug which only show when debug is enabled. As for the collection error, No clue why this is happening, I saw it already, but wasn't sure what would cause it. OpenCL tonemapping was broken for 6.8+ kernels (which is what Proxmox uses for their latest version VE 8.2). It needs an updated compute runtime to get the tonemapping fixed. There are known issues yet to be addressed and resolved when libraries have overlapping paths. Do any of these paths overlap with other paths i.e. lower level or upper level folders specified as folder paths? Thanks for the answer, I was worried but pretty certain it would be the case. For posterity anyone looking at getting a Roku you need to accept that for the convenience and price you are accepting sub standard video quality. Its not bad, far from it, its just by default a prime example with all thats wrong with the TV industry, extreme artificial processing and soap opera effect. You can make this a lot better but as per the topic you cant completely opt out. I am especially sensitive to this as I pretend I am a buff so the Roku is going to be relegated to a casual TV.

Hello, I have been using Emby for a few months now and have transitioned from Plex. Everything seemed to be working well without any issues. However, just a day ago, Emby developed a very unusual fault. The Home Screen is completely blank, with no movies, home videos, collections, or anything else being displayed. I have not made any changes to my library, and when using other players, everything works as expected. I have tried allowing the library to be scanned again, refreshing the metadata, cleaning the cache and data on the Android app, reinstalling Emby, restarting my NAS Asustor, and even performing a soft reset on the Asustor in case there was a problem with the settings. Unfortunately, none of these actions have brought the videos back to the Emby Home screen. I have attached screenshots for your reference. Could you please provide some insights into what might be causing this issue and how I can resolve it? I would greatly appreciate your assistance. I upgraded to DSM7.2 sometime ago.. the Emby Server Data Folder tutorial no longer applies since EmbyServer goes to Program Data - /var/packages/EmbyServer/var but still any ideas?
