Hmmm just wanted to check if I can give you some other file names, but somehow my CoverArt seems screwed up.

Can only pick those 2 options:

but found an old folder from some1 elses icons:

I can only choose those 2 options as well. I’m also using a synology NAS.
it still displays the audio codec & aspect ratio as if they were ticked though.

initially, I was saving the codec & aspect icons with a transparent png which has the same effect of un-ticking them. But now that I’ve changed the look of them, I figured I’d make use of them. 😇

Not sure those SD resolutions are supported by plugin, @ebr

Yeah, the SDs & 1.33 aspect are not showing up for me either. 😢

Didn't even test, seem to remember so, just confirming with the Dev.

A little more consistency with the font sizes & weights (and I’ve added a few more aspect ratios on the off chance that the plug-in supports them). Resolution & VR are really the most important to me which is why they are the largest text.

Ideally, I would love the ability to change the order the Media Info is displayed. (I would personally use: Resolution, Aspect, Video Codec & Audio Codec).

Clearly I have too much time on my hands! 😳

in case anyone else is interested in brightly coloured squares…

Maybe… 😇

Whether the plug-in supports those codec types (or the names) is another thing. 🤔

Any other image requests while I’m procrastinating? 😝

HEVC for video codec maybe ?

Doesn't H.265 cover that? Or you'd like an alternative? If so, AVC should also exist for H.264.

hi

How do you get custom indicators to show up on TV series ?

I only have a 4k overlay which works great with movies ( i have a separate profile for these) but can't get them to show up for 4k tv shows. I have tried under the default profile and also made a separate profile for 4k tv folder.

edit--- icons don't work either , treatments work fine

thanks

TV series have no indicators (as they are collection of individual items which might or might not be of the same encode), only episodes do.

@ebrAre there only three aspect ratios?

Pretty sure there is also an aspect_240.png.

AVC/HEVC stand for H.265/H.265, so you'd have to pick one or the other and rename desired image as codec_h264/codec_h265 respectively.

That’s easy enough then. 👍🏻

@ebrCould the extra resolutions & aspects also be added to the plug-in functionality? Pleeeeeeeeeas. 😇

Yes, Resolution should definitely be first.

I’m not sure on the naming (if they do currently exist)

@CragglesI have to admit that I really fancy how do your badges look inside my libraries giving them a touch of flair, smooth job, really well done. 👍

That said, I hope CoverArt plugin will get some lovin' in the indicators department, both to include missing common stuff (SD reses, other Aspect ratios...) and to keep up with the times (DV, HDR, HDR10...) as it feels a bit left behind. Or that's just my impression.
