Volfan6415 19 Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 Just wanted to post that I was having this issue with my amazon fire. I could connect within Web Browser but not app. Was getting the error message above and a restart of tablet didn’t fix it. However a “force stop” of the app from the settings screen did fix it. Dizzy49 98 Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 After reading a couple suggestions I realized that it was due to my IP changing from Static to Dynamic IP and I had not reconfigured my domain. I'm up and running again!
