Android app crashes when on now playing screen

When I play a song or a playlist the app hangs when I go into the now playing/play queue screen. If multiple songs are in the queue the app will play about 3-4 songs before it crashes and playback ceases. I am able to play media from my Android TV and web browser without any issues. Please let me know if you need additional details.

I just downloaded and installed the app. Sadly, it did not fix it.

What are the steps to reproduce?

1. Click play on any song (m4a format in my case)

2. Go into the play queue screen

3. Go back to home screen (while playing still)

4. Wait 10 seconds (approximately)

5. Go back into the app

It brings the screen up but no buttons are working and eventually it says emby isn't responding and asks if I want to wait for the app or close it.

One thing I forgot. I hit the repeat button on step 2.

I did some additional testing and found that it must be related to the repeat button because it continues to play without any issues until I hit that button and go to the home screen. If I click repeat button and stay on the queue screen it continues to play. If I navigate away from the play queue screen in any way it stops responding.

I can confirm with Android v3.4.11 and .12. As @MrYuck said just taping repeat in the now playing screen or the bottom playing bar locks up the app when any other button is pressed. Also, if you let the song finish in does not repeat, the next track will start playing for a few seconds then crash the app.

My issue here

May be related. I'll delete that issue if desired, but my logs can be found there as well as a reproduction video

Is there an archive of the older releases that I could revert to while this issue is being resolved? I was thinking it could be a temporary fix for the time being.

I went to the Emby GitHub page and I downloaded the following version and it appears the problem has been resolved with that update.
