Hi, have you checked all of the external ids, both at the series and episode levels?
-
Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks!

How did you setup the library in Emby server? Pointing to what folder and what content type?

Issues with very few or no images being downloaded
Happy2Play replied to Crarbo1's topic in General/Windows
Would need to see server log for a refresh of a specific example or when it the shows where first added to library. But will guess quering provider metadata failed. What is your library provider settings for metadata and images? -
Hi, we work very hard on Emby and we thank you for your support.
-

Problem with DTS / DTS-HD Sound on Dune Homatics Box R 4K+ with ATV 12
Luke replied to DonaldFaQ's topic in Android
Ok we’ll continue there. Thanks. -
For the same 4K file, it doesn't even play with hardware transcoding disabled. The logs show error "ProcessRun 'StreamTranscode 1adbae' Process exited with code 137 - Failed" which appears to be ffmpeg being killed for consuming too many resources. If I try comparing with a 1080p file, the CPU will be pegged around 70%-80% without hardware encoding and around 40-50% with hardware encoding.

Imagnius started following Subtitle (converting into video) question
-
Hi all, apologies if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find it off hand... I noticed earlier this night that watching a film with subtitles caused my Synology NAS to cause the CPU to go up to (almost) 100%. From what I was able to find, it's down to "Converting subtitles into video". I also understood that that shouldn't happen if I have .srt files in the same location as the video file. How do I get Emby to download srt files into the right folders? That's not happening with the subtitle setup as I have it now.. Anyone any idea? Thanks in advance..

Hi, have you updated to Emby server 4.8.7 and also tried chrome or edge for comparison purposes?

Issues with very few or no images being downloaded
Luke replied to Crarbo1's topic in General/Windows
Is that the only show that this happened with? Do all of the episodes show up in Emby server? -
Hi, how exactly did you configure cinema intros?
-
I'm testing out the ONN 4K PRO and noticed the difference between the two.

Can you try found a full uninstall and reinstall of the app? Thanks.

Saving a remote image within a IRemoteMetadataProvider
Luke replied to ExpedientFalcon's topic in Developer API
An image provider can’t do that. It can only tell the core server what is available. But if your list only returns one image and your library settings only have one image provider checked, then that should get it done. -

The quality setting is not a filter, so yes they will see them, but that will help Emby apps automatically close the most suitable version. This is assuming that they are first merged in Emby server. Are they?
