If you are not using the server required structure naming scheme for multi-versions you will have to use the community plugin. newest version is on page 30. Otherwise it is normal for each item to appear in continued watching.

I did a test migration today using the backup and restore plugin. A library scan and metadata refresh seems to have fixed the libraries up which is great. The library images did not work except for the Live TV library? Movies, TV Shows and TV Recordings all had to be re-set manually. The users homescreen settings all seem to be reset to default. I have quite a few users so if I can't transfer it I'll need to manually go through and reset them all up manually. Is it possible to move those settings over somehow? Would be nice to figure that part out before I migrate it for real. Lastly, I did not copy the server id during restoration. When I do the 'real' migration (im moving to a different server so I'll update the dns to point to new IP at the same time) should I restore the Server ID as well? I'm not too clear on the resulting difference between doing it and not doing it. I'm hoping that the users won't notice anything happened at all and their devices will automatically access the new server once the DNS updates.

Hi, Sorry for digging this up, but that was a question I would like to ask also. I would like to be able to cast to Emby (player or server) from a third-party app. I can do this from the Emby client on the remote : it can cast to the Emby player on the Android device. But third party apps do not detect it Weird as I think at some point I have been able to do it Regards.

That would be awesome if he could! The other one that I'd need to complete my libraries that I just noticed is one for "Movies" (I dont use 'top movies' or '4k movies' on my set up)

I'm getting this as well. I tried original and some other settings, but it happens regardless. With some movies I'm unable to ever download, after many attempts. With others, if I delete and start again they eventually start to download. All movies go through the same process; automatic ripping machine (mkv) and tdarr (gpu transcoding smaller). That's said, was there ever a fix for this or a way around it?

I can't find the option to unlock the app on macOS. I have already unlocked the app on iPhone and want to do the same on Mac. Restore purchases show me 'I have Emby premier" option. Emby Version 2.2.15 (21) macOS version 14.4.1 Sonoma
