I have both the Cinema Intros or Trailers plugins installed, the Trailers plugins will not pull any from the internet even after doing a Refresh Internet Channels Refresh Internet Channels Last ran 3 hours ago, taking 1 second. Refreshes internet channel information. the Cinema Intros is set to pull from a local drive (also tried from a network share) , and the intro is bypassed and the move starts all accounts have the Cinema Intros enabled

@Bobby121418 Hi, you have to use email address for this process, not username. It is the email that was used to sign up for Emby Connect. Are you possibly confusing the difference between Emby Connect and the local users on your server?

I also have this experience with Emby only. Casting from iPhone 11 iOS 17.4.1 to a Google Nest Hub 1st generation. I can cast from all other apps (YouTube, hayu, Channel4, BBC iPlayer) without this timeout issue.

no-ip and dnydns are probably your best bets. Go to their websites, setup and account, then use the details in the router - and the dns name you are given can then be used instead of using the changing public wan ip. Remember ddns is not instant, it may take a few minutes to update things - so depending on how frequently your ip changes, this may or may not be your actual problem.

Can you provide an example of an xxx m3u entry? Would need to figure out the identifier...

Here is an example. Go to playlists. Select you playlist, click 3 dots. Set playlist to " Private " Set permissions for your users. Setting permissions to "none" and sed user should not see the playlist. Hope this makes sense

Server 4.9.0.15 appears to have fixed music shuffle/play on Android TV 2.1.10, but I only briefly tested it. However, it's still broken elsewhere, this is with the web browser on the server PC. 1: Music->Genre->Context Menu->Shuffle or Play : Correct genre with fast playlist creation 2: Music->Genre->Artists->Shuffle or Play : Wrong genres with fast playlist creation 3: Music->Genre->Albums->Shuffle or Play : Correct genre with very slow playlist creation (1.5 minutes), high cpu usage during that time 4: Music->Genre->Songs->Shuffle or Play : Correct genre with slow playlist creation (30 seconds), high cpu usage during that time On android mobile (latest stable v3.3.77) 1 and 2 are the same but 2 and 3 show high server cpu but eventually don't play at all. On first install and after one restart it seemed to work correctly, however after another restart it's broken again. I believe I saw this behaviour with 4.8.x which is why I was misled into thinking it was fixed earlier. I'm starting to regret updating to 4.8.
