Hi, that kind of thing can happen from time to time when making any outside connection.  Hopefully it get's updated the next time this job runs.
It's designed to recover from internet glitches like this.

Did you update to NextPVR v5 by any chance ?  That's the old v4 addon.  The error you posted would be expected if the NextPVR server was not running on the port you have configured.
