Super slow UI / Playback

Hi! 

I've all of a sudden have an issue with my Emby server. Over night it got from being fast / smooth to be insanely slow. 

 

I only have the "basic plugins" installed. 

 

Attached is the server log. Any idea of what's causing this?

I'm facing same issue with my emby. any help would be appreciated.

I'm using latest emby version on docker. the CPU hits 100% with in few mins. as soon as i roll back to 4.3.1.0 everything looks normal.
i can attach the logs if it's required.
