Blank subtitle file when converting media with embedded subtitles

I think I've found a bug in Sync/Convert.

When converting media with embedded subtitles:

If the user who created the convert job has their playback preference set to Always Play Subtitles

The process works properly extracting a valid vtt file.

If the user who created the convert job has their playback preference set to Only Forced Subtitles (and I bet anything that in that particular instance wouldn't trigger subtitle display):

The process creates a blank vtt file.

I've worked around this by creating a dedicated user with Always Play Subtitles, then logging in as that user just to create convert jobs.

Hi, is this repeatable?

Yes. It's been a problem for a while for me at least.

When I did a clean install a couple months ago I couldn't remember why I had set up a dedicated account for sync/convert so I deleted it and recreated the jobs under my main user. Then I noticed no subtitles and it clicked, that was why.

Huh, I tested with a few files and also could not reproduce it. No version upgrades since my initial post so either I was wrong or the bug is less straightforward than I presented.

If no one else complains I'll chalk it up to a "me" problem, and thanks for looking into it, sorry to have wasted your time.
