emby docker crashes regularly under Debian

Hi,

I'm running emby as a docker container under the following system:

Linux openmediavault 4.9.0-0.bpo.6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.88-1+deb9u1~bpo8+1 (2018-05-13) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Docker version 17.05.0-ce, build 89658be
latest emby docker

It crashes quite regularly (every 1-3 days, running 24/7).

docker logs emby:

Aborted
s6-svscanctl: fatal: unable to control /var/run/s6/services: supervisor not listening
[cont-finish.d] executing container finish scripts...
[cont-finish.d] done.
[s6-finish] syncing disks.
[s6-finish] sending all processes the TERM signal.
[s6-finish] sending all processes the KILL signal and exiting.

Any idea what could be the cause here and how to go on with debugging?

Hi, this is strange as there's nothing obvious here. I would suggest re-evaluating with the next release of emby server. thanks.

Hi, I also get the same error when I navigate in the front-end and container stops. I have been analyzed the problem and it occurs when this url is called "http://192.168.2.13:8096/emby/Items/1242/Images/Primary?maxHeight=297&maxWidth=198&tag=5d56e696ef7882ca0c67205ce5053a12&quality=90".More specifically with the parameters maxHeight = 297 & maxWidth = 198

Hope that helps. Thanks!

Can you try the native ubuntu package and see if that does the same thing?

I have located the problem, I had these files in a folder of a series. I have deleted these files and the problem is fixed.

Thanks!!

Strange. That should not have mattered, but thanks for the info.
