namronkire 0 Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Hi, I'm running emby as a docker container under the following system: Linux openmediavault 4.9.0-0.bpo.6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.88-1+deb9u1~bpo8+1 (2018-05-13) x86_64 GNU/Linux Docker version 17.05.0-ce, build 89658be latest emby docker It crashes quite regularly (every 1-3 days, running 24/7). docker logs emby: Aborted s6-svscanctl: fatal: unable to control /var/run/s6/services: supervisor not listening [cont-finish.d] executing container finish scripts... [cont-finish.d] done. [s6-finish] syncing disks. [s6-finish] sending all processes the TERM signal. [s6-finish] sending all processes the KILL signal and exiting. Any idea what could be the cause here and how to go on with debugging?
Luke 38874 Posted December 3, 2018 Posted December 3, 2018 Hi there, can you please attach the emby server log? thanks !
namronkire 0 Posted December 4, 2018 Author Posted December 4, 2018 Hi, I'm having trouble finding the corresponding part of the log. Anything I should look out for?
Luke 38874 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Hi, please just attach the complete log file from the time of the problem. thanks.
Luke 38874 Posted December 4, 2018 Posted December 4, 2018 Hi, this is strange as there's nothing obvious here. I would suggest re-evaluating with the next release of emby server. thanks.
danielrguezt 0 Posted January 24, 2019 Posted January 24, 2019 Hi, I also get the same error when I navigate in the front-end and container stops. I have been analyzed the problem and it occurs when this url is called "http://192.168.2.13:8096/emby/Items/1242/Images/Primary?maxHeight=297&maxWidth=198&tag=5d56e696ef7882ca0c67205ce5053a12&quality=90".More specifically with the parameters maxHeight = 297 & maxWidth = 198 Hope that helps. Thanks!

Luke 38874 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Can you try the native ubuntu package and see if that does the same thing?
danielrguezt 0 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Hi again! I have located the problem, I had these files in a folder of a series. I have deleted these files and the problem is fixed. Thanks!!
Luke 38874 Posted January 25, 2019 Posted January 25, 2019 Strange. That should not have mattered, but thanks for the info.
