Unable to reset Emby.media account

I am unable to reset the password to my emby.media account. Further, my emby server stalls with the activity circle spinning and spinning when I click on "Profile".

 

I found myself unable to login and the password reset email never arrives. I don't know if I misspelled my email address during account creation. It's doubtful but not impossible.

@@Luke, I wish I could say this was resolved. I'm starting to get pissed. This should not be so f*cking difficult. Sucking hours of my life away. I bought the app and now I regret it. If I can't get this resolved I'm ditching this crap.

 

I have a community account: SovereignMan that I'm unable to reset the password to (and unable to login since the account was created) hence I created this account to post questions. When I do the password reset, the reset email never arrives.

As I understand it, there are seperate accounts for the community here, Emby Connect, and the server.

 

So in very simple terms, please explain how these accounts are chained and what account EXACTLY am I resetting via my server profile. This is nonsense.

I check the account and it fine, can you PM the password you want it to be for the other account.
