Caascada 0 Posted April 12 Posted April 12 I can't sign in with EmbyConnect even though I use the right email and password. It just keeps looping and redirecting me to the sign in page again. It happends in both the webapp and in the IOS app. I've reset my password and reconfirmed and validated my email adress but still get the same error. Any thoughts?

Caascada 0 Posted April 12 Author Posted April 12 1) I was under the impression that if you were a paying premiere user you could get support without plowing through all documentation before asking a question if you at one point were to run into an issue. This might be the wrong forum though, I did look through the emby site and this was the closes thing I could find to a support page asking for help. But I get that I can't just ask a direct question now but have to look into guidelines, kb, Faq and all that. 2) Server OS: Version 4.8.11.0 3) I thought the point of Emby connect was that I didn't have to fiddle around with these settings but it took care of it for me. That is wrong?
