Seems the navigation problems of the old desktop app were carried over to the new store app:

When navigating the libraries menu (at the top) to reach the profile / setting icon, it often jump back to the first library except if you stop a little time on the last library entry:

Also, there is still no way to disable closing Emby when doing a back  from the side menu? It's really annoying for a HTPC as you then have to use a keyboard/mouse.
If that's a "feature", could you please at least ask for a confirmation? (Do you really want to exit Emby? Yes/No )

Hi, we’ll take a look at it. Thanks for reporting.

Thanks!

And it seems there is no more "shut down" option in the settings menu. I don't know if it's an error or not. Would it be possible to put it back? Again, with an HTPC it's not a good think if you have to use a keyboard/mouse.

One more thing: When you are on a serie / movie screen and you do a back, you arrive on the home screen of the first library and not on the home screen of the library of the corresponding serie / movie.

(It's not like that on the old desktop app: doing a back from a serie screen will send you to the home screen of the library in which the serie is. Not on the home screen of the first library)

That was the intention. Only @Lukecan explain why it wasn't done.

Yes, I know.

That was the suggested alternative. Only @Lukecan explain why it wasn't done.

We can look at adding options to control this as this has been requested on other platforms. Thanks.

In an early phase of development it didn't seem feasible due to limited app permissions.
After the execution model was changed to full trust later, the shutdown and sleep actions weren't re-evaluated.

I've added this to the backlog for the next major update.

Thanks

I cannot reproduce this. Can you please describe in detail or record  a screen video?
(WIN+SHIFT+S - then click on the camera icon on top of the screen. Afterwards, click the Copy icon and paste the video directly into the message field)

I have several libraries: Movies, Collections, Series TV,....
If I navigate to the "Series TV" library and click on a serie and then do a back, I don't return to the "Series TV" screen: I return to the first library (Movies) screen.
If I navigate to the "Series TV" library, go to "shows", click on a show and then do back, I don't return the the list of shows: I return to the first library home screen.

That happen only when using the back button of the remote. If I use a keyboard escape key, instead of the back button of the remote, the navigation is correct.

And here is the problem with the top menu navigation:
When moving from one menu to another to reach the settings menu, it jumps back to the first library after reaching the "search" entry instead of moving to settings. If moving very fast, it usualy doesn't happen. Same if doing a pause when on the last library menu before moving to the "search" entry.

On Windows, I would also request that there is a confirmation menu before exiting Emby. If I just hit the escape key several times to get back to the home screen, I end up exiting the program without wanting to.
