zaHrecsohbiw 9 Posted October 12, 2024 Posted October 12, 2024 I have a video file with multiple commentary tracks and subtitles, all of which have descriptive titles that appear in Emby as expected (for instance, a commentary audio track with a title like "Commentary from Director Ron Howard and Producer Brian Grazer"). When I load this file in Handbrake, these descriptive titles also appear as the track names for each of the appropriate audio and subtitle tracks. When I convert this file using Handbrake and then add the newly generated file to my Emby library, none of the descriptive titles appear (to be clear, all of the audio and subtitle tracks ARE present, they just don't have any descriptive titles). The audio and subtitle tracks survive the conversion process, and if I open the converted file in Handbrake, I do see the track titles that I expect. I don't necessarily think that this is an issue related to Emby, I was just curious if anyone else had run into this issue in the past and knew of a solution.
Luke 38954 Posted October 12, 2024 Posted October 12, 2024 @MrAudio and @bardmastermay have some handbrake tips. 1
rbjtech 4830 Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 I don't use handbrake often, but when you select the Audio track as the source - for me, it automatically copies the previous track name ? See example below - 1
