UI and double tap to seek issue

Request to move the settings bar/quick settings back to the lower side of bar so that the brightness bar can be usable like in the old UI(pic1). Also, request to add back double seek if it has been removed, if not, it's not working.

For quick bar settings, yes, sure, but they removed the double-tap feature. I checked with an old APK, and it was still there, so I’m wondering why they got rid of it. It was such a great feature, especially since double-tap to skip forward and backward is pretty standard on Android now

Here’s the link to the feature request if anyone else has the same issue. The post is 6 years old, and since the feature was added and then removed, it’s probably not coming back.
