Tolotos 61 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Hello, I'm new to MediaBrowser and added my XBMC library (movies and *.nfo) into MediaBrowser. Unfortunately my collections which are working in XBMC are not shown. Must I configure MB to use the XBMC tags for collections? Yours Rüdiger
ebr 15484 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 We have our own implementation for Collections. They are managed with the web client.
Tolotos 61 Posted September 22, 2014 Author Posted September 22, 2014 I've spend much time in the collection tags. How can I convert/import them into MB?
ebr 15484 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 We will eventually have a way to import or otherwise support the xbmc tag convention I'm sure. However, I can't tell you exactly when.
ebr 15484 Posted September 22, 2014 Posted September 22, 2014 Not sure if you've done lots of custom stuff with your collections, but you might check out the Auto Box Sets plug-in which will automatically define and maintain movie collections as they are defined on the movie db.
Tolotos 61 Posted September 23, 2014 Author Posted September 23, 2014 Auto Box Sets created no Sets so I created my Sets again over the web interface. Support for XBMC-Sets would be nice.

I forgot - if you don't use our metadata providers there is no way for auto box sets to work properly because it depends on the data from tmdb. Sorry.
