In ABS are handled like this. Chapters: Files : I don't have any multi file ( mp3 ), since I join them into m4b files. Here is the tags from mp3tag

I'm not sure why Emby Theater wouldn't be able to play anything but I can see a similar trend of good response times for the TS segments and then not only are the times really high but they're actually 500 responses, it seems like the server isn't even able to get the segments to respond to the client. What folder do you have configured for transcoding-temp? Also I have no experience with running the server with docker but at the top of the log file when it's trying to figure out the local network addresses there are a lot more than I would expect to see for a docker container. Is that correct, or were you running it directly within the Ubuntu environment? I don't think it's necessarily related but it struck me as odd.

Instead of an option that most people will never find, how about just an "All Items" button on that screen that produces one grid. That seems to have worked well in the past... -

Ok, how do I get you my other supporter key if you are not finding it? Now that I'm thinking of it, my other supported key may have been purchased through an old work email. I am only finding the one I am currently using. How do I get it to you so you can attach my plugin purchase to it?

Hello, I am chiming in on this topic again a year and a half later because I have the same problem with phone videos shot in portrait orientation. The server is 4.8.7.0 on Windows 11, The player app is "Emby for Samsung 1.7.0". I am coming from a paid Plex subscription because the Plex player had the same issue (and I learned Emby is .NET-based and I .NET), and unfortunately, the Emby app has the same problem. Do you have a solution, a workaround, or any advice before my whole family gets permanent neck damage? -

If my log name is hardware_detection-XXX , instead of ffmpeg-transcodeXXX, Does it mean that the hard decoding has taken effect? What else is there to tell if the hard decoding is in effect?

So this mystery is partially solved. It seems that if you use the 3 little dots "...", there is a choice to "download" and "Download to" the files will download. What also happens in this case, is the files get downloaded to a directory hidden deep in the Users App Data Directory: C:\Users\john\AppData\Local\Packages\EmbyMedia.EmbyTheater_svmepx4c03f7m\LocalState\ In any case, since I now know how to download, at least I can now find them. Maybe someone can answer why Emby uses this odd directory as it's download target.

OK yes...EMBY is miles better than PLEX... The dev team alone. speechless, Luke, ebr and now radeon are on the ball very quickly unlike the plex team that could take days to get back with you. ebr help with my Roku issue was TOP NOTCH

I think what happened in my case is that I believe years ago I had purchased two Supporter keys for two different servers. After recently getting screwed by a Plex update, I decided to try Emby again and used the first Supporter key I found in my email when installing Emby. After using the key from the Plugin Purchase email the plugins are now downloading themes. I would like to mention that I find Emby to be great in several areas over Plex. 1. Web Server an App Responsiveness. 2. Live TV Setup with built Local TV Guides. (When I last tried Emby I had to use a third Party Local TV Guide Service) 3. No buffering of Live TV Streams. 4. Quality of streamed video and Live TV. The quality is so much better than Plex! 5. App Screen layouts and the ability to change the layouts. Again much better than Plex. The only thing that Plex offers that Emby doesn't is the ability to stream securely without having the purchase an SSL Certificate. It took me a little bit to figure out how to purchase an SSL Certificate and get it into the proper format that Emby requires. I am really impressed on how far Emby has come over the years.

This is the wrong thing to do. This will have removed your premier status and only enabled the plugins. They need to be moved over to your actual premier keys

A couple of things sounds like they're going on here. The licences are tied to your premier key. The email you receive should just be a copy of your premier key. If it isn't, that would suggest you used a different email address on your paypal to that of the emby premier email. If you drop me a message with both emails addresses, I can get the licences moved for you. Putting it into the API keys will do nothing Once the plugins are installed and licenced correctly, you will need to run the scheduled tasks to get themes to download. @chrisrobbins1970looks like you're only getting themes begining with A which means you're in trial mode. Deleting the filters won't download anything again unless you actually remove the theme file from your collection also. These plugins only manage the download and placement of the theme media. They do not manage the playback in the clients so you would need to consult the developer of the client to get support about the playback. @TonyP1120again, if that key is different, from your premier key, it would suggest a different email used. The key should match. It is specified in the email that's sent about this. "Please note: If you have used a different email address for this purchase to the email address associated with your emby premier account you will need to let us know your emby premier email address so the licence can me transfered over."
