Carlo 4552 Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 So if network is working correctly the following should be the same: //BEELINKL55/d //192.168.10.83/d

Emby can't/won't use the //192.168.10.83/d, but it will use //BeelinkL55/d. It also, doesn't use //BeelinkL55/ without the "d", and it should give me a list of that drives files and folders, not just the "d" drive. Also, the heading says to use >> " Network paths can be entered manually in the event the Network button fails to locate your devices. For example, \\server or \\192.168.1.101.":::: but you are using // instead of \\, NOW, I am getting totally confused.
Carlo 4552 Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 New computer and I think spell check keeps updating "\" to "/". But basically you want the slashes to follow exactly how it's showed in the example These are opposite the direction you see in an http(s) URL.

Carlo 4552 Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 Did a remote session with @clarkss12 and got the issue resolved. Just had to login on the machine itself so credentials were saved. This had been done using the name but not IP previously so now the UNCs can be used either way. 1
clarkss12 299 Posted June 15, 2021 Author Posted June 15, 2021 Carlos did another fantastic job again by getting my server running again like it should............. He is a genius...... 1
