fabb 0 Posted May 22, 2021 Share Posted May 22, 2021 Bonjour, Je viens vers vous par rapport à un problème de connexion à mon serveur depuis des TV SONY avec Android TV. Avant toute chose je tiens à dire que mon système était complètement fonctionnel depuis plusieurs années. Le problème que je vais décrire a commencé il y a environ 1 semaine pour 2 utilisateurs qui possède tous les 2 une TV SONY. D'ailleur un de ces 2 utilisateur à une Mi BOX et il ne rencontre pas de problème avec sa Mi BOX. Uniquement avec sa TV SONY. Mon serveur (version 4.6.0.50) est installé sur un NAS SYNOLOGY 918+. Le serveur est accessible depuis l'extérieur via un nom de domaine et un certificat let's encrypt. Le port de connexion est le 443 et celui est redirigé en local vers le port 8086 via le reverse proxy du NAS. Je tiens à le repréciser, mais cette configuration fonctionne parfaitement en local et en externe. Après plusieurs tests via "TOR" et directement depuis l'extérieur, mon serveur est totalement accessible. Tous fonctionne parfaitement. Aucun problème pour se connecter via un téléphone avec l'application Emby, depuis un navigateur internet, depuis une box Shield, MI BOX, et Freebox TV. Par contre pour les utilisateurs qui ont une TV SONY avec ANDROID TV, ils sont dans l'impossibilité de se connecter. (alors qu'il y a une semaine tout fonctionnait parfaitement). Lorsqu'ils rentrent l'adresse du serveur dans l'application Emby android TV, ils reçoivent un message d'erreur et le serveur n'apparait pas. J'ai l'impression que ce problème a déjà été rencontré par d'autres utilisateurs, mais je n'arrive pas vraiment à comprendre si une solution à été trouvée : Si vous avez une piste à me donner cela serait fort sympathique ! Exactly what error message? Are you sure they are entering the address properly? If it is https they would need to enter https:// before the address. Sony TVs are touchy about the way redirects are done on a proxy server so that is why I asked. J'obtiens un message de google chrome : " Ce site est inaccessible domaine.ovh n'autorise pas la connexion. I can access other applications on my NAS with an address like "https://domaine.fr:12000" but impossible with Emby with this address: "https://domaine.fr:8920" Port 8920 is correctly open on my router pointing to the local IP of my NAS I get a message from google chrome: Ce site est inaccessible domaine.ovh n'autorise pas la connexion. When she connects do you see anything in the Activities log? Do you have a server log with an attempt to connect from the Sony TV (not using the proxy)?
