Impossible to use emby connect or use a dns

Hi i am a newbie on emby and i am trying to make my configuration of emby on my NAS and i got a problem... Like it's said in the title, it is impossible to use emby connect or an external dns (DuckDNS). I tried to forward my ports, create a new Emby account, change three times my DNS adress, reinstall DSM and Emby, wipe the Emby folder and the user on DSM and nothing works ! Please someone can help me

Hi Luke, when i added emby connect or my dns and tried to connect outside, emby doesn't seem to find the server and show me the message "Error of connection"

@Luke the problem is solved @Happy2Play gave me a solution that works. The problem was that I was using the http port to connect to emby when I had to use https. Thank you very much for your help!

Hi @nesquick,

I suggest that you use DSM’s Reverse Proxy. Better security and internally, on the NAS, you can use http, while your external connections are on https.
