Movie Stuck under Active Devices

Hi,

How can I kill a movie that is stuck under Active Devices. It has been sat there for weeks now, and emby still hasn't removed it.

Hi Cayars,

Yes, I have recently shut down the whole server to move to a new location, yet when I fire emby back up the movie is still showing as active but it was last viewed beginning of October. It shows that it stopped at 1hr 4mins of a 1hr 22min movie.

Hi. Delete the device from the "Devices" screen.

How do you delete it??

 

I've checked under devices and cant find it for some reason. If I connect back to the device, start playing another movie, then stopping it, will that have the desired effect?

Hi, you should be able to view all devices here:

You'll see all the devices on the right side.  Hover over the device for the 3 dot menu and then click on it.  You then have a DELETE option.
