  1. Hi Everyone, First off, huge thanks to the dev team for the awesome support they've provided us over the years! I currently have a fresh, new installation of Emby Server 3.2.60.0, with no Plug In's enabled at this point. I setup a single Library, consisting of the Content Type ''Music''. When setting up the Library, I only have ''Download artwork and metadata from the internet....'' checked. All of the folders in my music library follow the proper naming convention: Artist --> Album --> track1, track2, track3, etc. I have all my MP3's meticulously tagged. Anyways...the library scan needed up being ''stuck'', so to speak, at 68.4% for several hours now. I went ahead and stopped Emby Server and enabled Debug Logging, restarted and re-kicked off a Library Scan. Again, the scan took about 10mins to get to 68.4%, and it's been stuck there for about 90 mins. Attached is the log...is there anything I'm doing wrong at this point?     Emby sticks @ server selection

    Everytime I try to select a server it disconnects and sticks at the spinning circle. I checked for updates, says it's up to date.
  3. Probably not the best title nor do I know if this is an Embuary issue or just an issue. I've been having this issue for a while now and I'm just getting around to posting it. We watch a lot of TV and when we're done with the episode we'll delete it. The deletion seems to work fine. The problem arises when I delete the last episode of a show. The episode will delete but the show image stays in the list of shows even though there are no episodes in there. Once I click in and back out of the show it disappears. It's like something is just getting stuck and when you click on it then it realizes it should be gone and disappears. Any ideas what might be causing this? Like I mentioned, I am using Embuary, so maybe it's a skin issue? Maybe?

    Stuck and black screen

    When I play some content, and it's always the same, the screen turns black and the app gets stuck with the black screen, only way to recover from this is to restart the TV. It does work through the Windows browser, but not on the LG App. Attached info about the file. My TV is a OLED55B7V. rsl_not_working_media.txt
  5. I need help updating Emby. it stopped updating at version 3.2.40.0-1. it's been months I am really stuck. I can't identify what's causing this. If anyone can help, I appreciate it. Regards

    ANSWERED Server stuck on indexing

    Hi there, i admit to be a new user and i signed up for the premiere monthly package to try emby up again my plex server. I have a large library and maybe this is related to my problem. That said my server has been stuck on indexing at 71.7 percent for two weeks now. I have restarted the app, the server many times but still gets stuck in the same spot. Where I am not familiar with emby i was wondering if perhaps i have something setup wrong. i wanted to attach the logs but when i click to download the lastest log it says its 4.3gb is that possible? Anyways i would be very interested to see it functioning properly. As it stands when i use the player i can see shows in the list no artwork and nothing will play Im assuming its because the server is hung on something. I will happy provide the logs if someone can explain to this newb of emby how to correctly download the logs. emby is running on a osx dedicated server with the latest software and latest production version of emby. Thanks in advance

    Library Scan freezing

    I have been having a problem that seems to have started with the latest server version. I am not sure when I first noticed it so I am not 100% sure if the server version has anything to do with it. Long story short if I restart my server it will complete a scan with no problems (usually within 1 minute or less). Then after a bit of time with the server up it will conduct a scan and get stuck, usually at 49.9% every time. I have put my pastebin debug log link in here and this is shortly after a server restart. It started the library scan but around 1600 on the log it froze at 97.5%. Does anyone see anything in the log that could point me in the right direction. Thank you for any help you can provide. http://pastebin.com/pKCCevZg
  8. Hello First I would like to say I really like Media Browser. One problem I am having is when I start play a new movie the progress bar comes up and it's already at 100%. As you can see in the below screenshot, the progress bar is at 100%, but the movie has only just started. I can still skip forward and backward without any problem. The problem is that because it is stuck at 100%, media browser things I have already watch the whole movie, so I can't resume it if I want to watch the rest later. This only happens on a few movies. I don't think I have ever had it happen on a TV show. I think it's how the moive is encoded but I can't find out what it trigger is. Any help would really be appreciated.

I am on MBC (3.0.195.0 7-14.1), and it works on my windows 7 Pro 64 bit WMC,but it gets stuck and crashed on my extender (xbox 360). my MBC logs: logfile from when I open with PC on Windows 7 - works fine: https://onedrive.liv...8FBBDD19!147108 Logfile when I open on extender - stuck on spashscreen and then crashes: https://onedrive.liv...8FBBDD19!147109 Not sure when this started it was either after updating to latest MBC or install Xenon, I have since uninstalled Xenon plugin and still not working?
