Collections bug

Best Answer Happy2Play , 13 February 2020 - 09:42 PM

I can try, can you just point me the right file that I have to change and some indications for the SQL Browser?

Thanks!

Ensure you only work with a copy of the database, you may have to close Emby to make a copy.

I would assume they need removed from the database as there is already a issue, have you tried removing all the Spider-Man media, doing a library scan, then re-adding them?  Ensure to check the collections are deleted also.

Same result, I have delete each collection entries in the metadata editor, delete each .nfo in movie folders, move them scan, and readd them, at the second scan, 2 entries and more...

A guess would be the collectionid is somehow corrupted in your database.

I can see the translated Collections have updated opening the links in post 17

Same result, I have delete each collection entries in the metadata editor, delete each .nfo in movie folders, move them scan, and readd them, at the second scan, 2 entries and more...

Did you by chance do a search after removing the movies to ensure they were gone?

I am out of ideas.  Only other thing I could suggest is making a copy of the database and using something like DB Browser for SQLite to look at the MediaItems table to see if there are rogue Spider-Man entries.

Also that last log does not show the movies being removed from the database, unless those are only shown in Debug logging.

I thought it was the same problem as the other thread, isn't that the answer?

I would think so but it would appear the user is not getting the updated data or it is not getting updated in Emby.

The urls show the new info.

You probably need to refresh the metadata for the movies so that they get new TMDB collection IDs.

Ah I wasn't thinking of the server cache as the direct urls where updated.
