Unable to detect episode - shows as missing

I'm having trouble getting Dukes of Hazzard s01e12 added to emby. All the rest of the episodes display fine, just this one episode won't

Here is what I see in Emby & the folder structure:

Hi.  Make sure a Library Scan has completed since you added that item.

And if you disable "Display missing episodes within seasons" in the User preferences-Display settings, does it appear?  There are a few topics on this issue.

Given the title of the episode, it's also possible the episode number was wrongly parsed and it's been grouped into either episode 7 or 11.
