I have custom videos without embedded chapters and relay on Emby to generate scene list and thumbnail images for those. Are such scenes created by Emby imported to Kodi as chapters, when using Emby for Kodi add-on? Or do the chapters need to be embedded to Mp4 or Mkv in order to show in Kodi chapters list? Thank you.

Angelblue05 4131 Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 As long as you use native playback mode or add-on mode with force http disabled (meaning Kodi still needs access to the file), then Kodi should be able to load chapter images.
