Probleme mit der aktuellen Version "Emby for Android TV"

Hallo,

 

vorab, ich habe die neuste Server-Version und die aktuelle Version von Emby aus dem Playstore installiert.

 

Problem  1:

bei mir werden in der "Emby for Android TV" keine neuen Inhalte mehr angezeigt.

Kann das jemand bestätigen?

Im Web-Browser oder in der Android App wird alles korrekt angezeigt!

Edit: gelöst, das Profil hatte eine Altersbeschränkung bis FSK6, der Film hatte aber FSK12 Freigabe

die Thumbs bei den LiveTV Kanälen sind keine Thumbs mehr sondern Quadrate

die Vorschaubilder ändern die Größe, wenn ich nach rechts scrolle und dann wieder zurück

Hi.  We don't know what shape these logos will be so we show them in a square container for consistency.

Hi ebr,

what bothers me most are the squares on LiveTV, which should actually be thumbs. In the collections everything is stretched, in the genres everything is apparently pressed into squares again. This all seems to happen only on the AndroidTV client (Nvidia Shield).

LiveTV Web-Browser or Android: Thumbs (800x450) -> nice

LiveTV AndroidTV: squares -> ugly

Collections Web-Browser or Android: not streched -> nice

Collections AndroidTV: streched-> ugly

Genres Web-Browser or Android: Layout -> nice

Genres AndroidTV: Layout -> ugly -> also again stretched into squares

Hi.  Squares are used for the channels because those logos can be absolutely anything and are usually not even uniform across a single installation.

As for the other screens, I cannot reproduce that in a current version of the app.  How have you setup your libraries?

and why is it not displayed in squares on Android or the web app? All logos are exact 800x450.

Hi.  In your channel screen you've selected to display "Thumbs".  Change that back to "Default" and you will get a better arrangement.  Still squares but laid out better.
