Player Shows multiple entries of the same libraries

The oddest thing happens. I see multiple entries of the same library multiple times and have no idea on how to get rid of that. Anyone with an idea?

Ok, please try removing it from library setup. Then run a library scan and see if they all go away. Please let me know if this helps. Thanks.

After restoring a backup on a new server using the backup plugin, I have the same problem, but even though I rescan the library they don't dissapear. I did have more than one copy in the library config. I deleted the extra one, but they did not get remover from the home page.
