Matthew Binns 3 Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 I've just paid the £4.99 to unlock playback on my iPhone. All is well. However I've just tried playback on my iPad (same Apple ID) and it isn't allowing playback. The three options it's giving me is Emby Premiere Monthly £4.99, Unlock £4.99 and Restore Purchase. If I click restore purchase and click I purchased this app nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-sinstalling to no avail. Thanks in advance.
Luke 38508 Posted May 8, 2018 Posted May 8, 2018 On the iPad do you have any parental controls set to block store access? This will prevent validation from working if that is the case. Thanks.
