Paid to unlock iPhone. Hasn't unlocked iPad

I've just paid the £4.99 to unlock playback on my iPhone. All is well.

 

However I've just tried playback on my iPad (same Apple ID) and it isn't allowing playback.

 

The three options it's giving me is Emby Premiere Monthly £4.99, Unlock £4.99 and Restore Purchase.

 

If I click restore purchase and click I purchased this app nothing happens.

 

I've tried uninstalling the app and re-sinstalling to no avail.

On the iPad do you have any parental controls set to block store access? This will prevent validation from working if that is the case. Thanks.

In-App Purchases are enabled. I have no restrictions.

 

Still not working.

A new update went out today can you let me know if that makes any difference? It shouldn't but I just want to confirm.

 

What version of iOS is the iPad on?
