El Gordito 0
We're aiming for a new server release about a week from now. We'll have the updated plugins ready when the new release launches. Thanks. Thank you for the update Luke :-)
b0dyr0ck2006 57
I just dumped plex for emby because their cloud sync with google drive was broken. Now I find that Emby's is broken as well? Any ETA on a fix. Also, I'm new to Emby and its plugins. Will they update automatically, or do I need to update manually? Interesting... NikeSwe 65
So, this was one of the main reason for me getting Emby Premier.I'm completely new to the whole Emby experience. Was looking for a server backend to Kodi because of big family and many instances, probably not going to keep using Kodi at all.I expect the services advertised to work. Was not able to test it without Premier and now when I have Premier, it's not working... Also, I expected more supported services but I guess that's my fault for not doing my research. I really want to see support for OneDrive. I switched from OneDrive to Drive as main provider when Microsoft removed the placeholder function in Windows 10 but switched back when they added it back not long ago. I see that OneDrive has been discussed before so I don't have my hopes up. Edited August 30, 2018 by NikeSwe
NikeSwe 65
I see that 3.5.0.0 is out and should have Google Drive fixed. It does, kinda. I now see it as destination when adding new sync jobs. The file converts and then it says "Uploading 0%" and goes back to "Ready to transfer" (translating from Swedish here, don't know the exact words. It never uploads but it creates the folders. VirgilFox 2
Experiencing the same issue on Emby Server 3.5.0.0 - trying to transfer a show to my Google Drive which seems to convert fine (ffmpeg kicks off on the server and creates an 1.5Mbps encoded file, per my direction). However, the transfer never takes place... The status of the item in the "Download & Sync" page shows as "Ready to Transfer". I've tried initiating the Sync from the Android client as well as via a web page connection to my server. In both cases, the video conversion takes place, but the transfer to Google Drive does not. 2018-07-17 16:06:18.999 Info TaskManager: Queueing task ServerSyncScheduledTask 2018-07-17 16:06:19.000 Info TaskManager: Executing Cloud & Folder Sync 2018-07-17 16:06:19.003 Info App: Bitrate exceeds DirectPlay limit: media bitrate: 5196852, max bitrate: 1500000 2018-07-17 16:06:19.003 Info App: Bitrate exceeds DirectStream limit: media bitrate: 5196852, max bitrate: 1500000 2018-07-17 16:06:19.003 Info App: Profile: Cloud Sync, Path: /data/Media/Video/Episodes/Adam-12/Season 6/Adam-12_S06_E13.Mkv, isEligibleForDirectPlay: False, isEligibleForDirectStream: False 2018-07-17 16:06:19.008 Info TaskManager: Cloud & Folder Sync Completed after 0 minute(s) and 0 seconds 2018-07-17 16:06:19.010 Debug App: Running FFProbeProvider for /var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4 2018-07-17 16:06:19.010 Debug MediaEncoder: /opt/emby-server/bin/ffprobe -i file:"/var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4" -threads 0 -v info -print_format json -show_streams -show_chapters -show_format 2018-07-17 16:06:19.054 Info TaskManager: ExecuteQueuedTasks 2018-07-17 16:06:19.189 Debug App: Running VideoNfoProvider for /var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4 2018-07-17 16:06:19.189 Debug App: VideoNfoProvider returned no metadata for /var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4 2018-07-17 16:06:19.189 Debug App: Running VideoImageProvider for /var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4 2018-07-17 16:06:19.190 Debug MediaEncoder: /opt/emby-server/bin/ffmpeg -f mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 -ss 00:02:27.050 -i file:"/var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4" -threads 0 -v quiet -vframes 1 -vf "scale=600:trunc(ow/a/2)*2,thumbnail=24" -f image2 "/var/lib/emby/cache/temp/19fa43c4-e99a-44ac-af78-6a9eef11735f.jpg" 2018-07-17 16:06:19.671 Debug ProviderManager: Saving image to /var/lib/emby/metadata/library/9e/9e47e253da595a5ade612053c91d4d5c/poster.jpg 2018-07-17 16:06:19.677 Info TaskManager: Queueing task ServerSyncScheduledTask 2018-07-17 16:06:19.677 Info TaskManager: Convert media Completed after 10 minute(s) and 46 seconds 2018-07-17 16:06:19.677 Info TaskManager: Executing Cloud & Folder Sync 2018-07-17 16:06:19.678 Info TaskManager: ExecuteQueuedTasks 2018-07-17 16:06:19.720 Debug App: Sending /var/lib/emby/sync/c05e17f00c924951a2fdf8fa93fc3e9f/98191dcedb034687ae558520b880cf53/b8cae805-1b84-4dcb-afcb-d9720efa2c34.mp4 to Google Drive. Luke 37094
Is that something that you guys want? While reworking things I made a calculated decision that maybe we should just leave the files there, since you can always browse google drive and delete them. So we either need to adjust the confirmation text when you click to delete the sync job, or we need to restore the deleting. Thanks.
gsites 14
Thanks for the feedback. We'll look at the progress %. Thanks. I did a month of emby premiere to use cloud sync, and it always did not work, so I did not do the test I wanted to see if it works. I will not pay to take test again, please excuse me. Can you give me a coupon to see if the service is working as it should be? When I signed emby premiere was in the options cloud-sync worked, but it did not work, so the month I paid premiere was useless. Thank you
