We're aiming for a new server release about a week from now. We'll have the updated plugins ready when the new release launches. Thanks.

Thank you for the update Luke :-)

I just dumped plex for emby because their cloud sync with google drive was broken. Now I find that Emby's is broken as well? Any ETA on a fix. Also, I'm new to Emby and its plugins. Will they update automatically, or do I need to update manually?

Interesting...

So, this was one of the main reason for me getting Emby Premier.
I'm completely new to the whole Emby experience. Was looking for a server backend to Kodi because of big family and many instances, probably not going to keep using Kodi at all.
I expect the services advertised to work. Was not able to test it without Premier and now when I have Premier, it's not working...

Also, I expected more supported services but I guess that's my fault for not doing my research. I really want to see support for OneDrive. I switched from OneDrive to Drive as main provider when Microsoft removed the placeholder function in Windows 10 but switched back when they added it back not long ago. I see that OneDrive has been discussed before so I don't have my hopes up. ;)

I see that 3.5.0.0 is out and should have Google Drive fixed. It does, kinda. I now see it as destination when adding new sync jobs.

The file converts and then it says "Uploading 0%" and goes back to "Ready to transfer" (translating from Swedish here, don't know the exact words.

It never uploads but it creates the folders. "gdrive:\Emby Sync\TV\The Bananashow\Season 4\Yellow\", just folders, no files.

Experiencing the same issue on Emby Server 3.5.0.0 - trying to transfer a show to my Google Drive which seems to convert fine (ffmpeg kicks off on the server and creates an 1.5Mbps encoded file, per my direction). However, the transfer never takes place... The status of the item in the "Download & Sync" page shows as "Ready to Transfer". I've tried initiating the Sync from the Android client as well as via a web page connection to my server. In both cases, the video conversion takes place, but the transfer to Google Drive does not.

Version 3.1.6.0 of the Google Cloud sync plugin seems to fix the issue. I've been able to sync 2 videos without problems.

Yes. With the latest released plugin update, it now works! Thanks!

Small thing, the upload percentage show like 0% all the time until 100%, . ;)

Should deleting it from Download and Sync-list also delete it from Google Drive too? If so, it does not. ;)

Is that something that you guys want? While reworking things I made a calculated decision that maybe we should just leave the files there, since you can always browse google drive and delete them.

So we either need to adjust the confirmation text when you click to delete the sync job, or we need to restore the deleting. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll look at the progress %. Thanks.

I did a month of emby premiere to use cloud sync, and it always did not work, so I did not do the test I wanted to see if it works.

I will not pay to take test again, please excuse me.

Can you give me a coupon to see if the service is working as it should be?

When I signed emby premiere was in the options cloud-sync worked, but it did not work, so the month I paid premiere was useless. :(

Thank you

Yes, I want this.

Be able to leave the files in cloud-sync and delete on my local pc.

That would be fantastic!

Could it be optional? I would like them to be deleted if removing them from the list (in server interface)

My sync is still broken.  I have my movies with a "Queued" status in the sync list.  Drive folders are being created even for some films that I did not add to sync.  I tried cancelling all sync jobs and also removing the empty folders from Drive, but still I have a file waiting as "queued"

@@crono141 It looks like you configured a custom temporary path but did not give emby server write access to this location.

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path '/mnt/raid/temp/12c3e1e85b7d400e86725b0faf5f53ed/49848078551d4947842e0a450ecb3bfa' is denied. ---> System.IO.IOException: Permission denied

Resolve that and you should be good to go. Thanks.

How do I watch movie that is synchronized on google drive?
The Bug uploading to CLOUD SYNC has been resolved, but what's the use if we can never watch what was synced?

The Movie is already Synced, it's in the gdrive:

emby-2018-07-27-01.jpg

When I access the movie that is in the emby catalog, nothing appears to be playing on the google drive.

emby-2018-07-27-02.jpg

Does it appear in the movie location, only the local file and never appears online?
