No controls when playing video on the web client

Hello, since a couple of days (at least that's when I first noticed) I no longer see any controls when I play a file.

This only occurs when I play something through the web client.

I can right-click and select 'show controls' but I don't think this is how we are supposed to access these controls now are we?

I would gladly hear some advice on this, thanks in advance.

Good day,

What emby server build and what browser you test that with?

Hello, that would be version 3.1.5.0 on Chrome.

I have just now tested it, and it seems to work fine on Firefox, I can see the new OSD.

Alright, so when I logged into chrome as another user, everything worked fine.

This led me to conclude that it was one of my browser addons.

I use Blur to block trackers, and when I allow emby to be tracked by doubleclick it works again. When I turn it off, it is disabled again.

What I fail to see however, is how doubleclick is relevant to seeing the OSD.

Any thoughts on that? Thanks in advance.

Yea, I'm not sure either, sorry.

I had the exact same problem, so thanks for the hint about the addon Blur. Simply disabling it for the emby server, fixes the issue.
