Hi Community,

Since I've migrated to the version 3.0, I have some issues with the Fanart/Logo/ect. Sometime, with no reason, I loose images for a couple of movies/TV show.

"Save artwork and metadata into media folders" is check

"Download images in advance" is check too

If I check in my folder I can see all artwork.

I tried to download images manually and I get the same behavior.

Someone have an idea how I can fix this ?

OS : Debian 3.16.0-4-amd64 (Promox VM)

Emby Version : 3.1.1.0 (Upgrade to 3.1.2 in progress)

All my media are stored in a Synology NAS shared by SMB

Thanks,

Here is the log for one movie :

Ok, I figure out what happens.

The user used for mount my network drive is not allowed to write in the folder ...

I changed CIFS for NFS and now everything looks good :)

Case solved!

Thanks,
