App crashes when I seek/skip through a video

Version: 1.1.1.6

 

Surface Pro 2, Windows 8.1 Pro

 

Each and every time I click somewhere on the progress bar during video playback the app force closes. No error - it just closes.

 

I've emailed requesting a refund because it's unfit for purpose and I was directed to this forum where I have to work for an answer to a problem with a product I paid hard earned money for.

That sounds strange..

There's a new version being pushed out to store right now, v1.2, which has a lot of changes regarding transcoding.

I don't know if it will fix this issue or not, but it would be great if you can wait for that one and see what happens. (It also saves the crashlog so that you can post it here if it's not resolved)

 

I've never heard of this issue before.

On what kind of hardware is the server runnning and on what OS?
