Mbt remote/key navigation problem

Hello, I found a problem when using a remote control (or the keyboard) to navigate to the topmost items in MBT: in order to be able to select the sort button for example the element with the current focus needs to be right of the middle:

 

 

So in the above screenshot the 3 items above the different movie views can only be selected when the focus is on the right side of the red line. In this part of MBT I can get to the top because there is an item right from the center, in the main screen however I don't have enough items to get to the right from the center so I can not get to the top items (No way to select the Now Playing button for example):

I've mentioned this problem as well. I'm hoping it gets sorted out, as there's no way to enter the settings menu, exit MBT, or switch user from the main screen without using the mouse, which is very counter-intuitive. But since MBT is still in an Alpha stage, I'm sure this issue will be taken care of eventually, as it's been brought up before.

Agree with Pmac it has been brought up before and they will find a solution for it.
