Upgrade to 3.0.5930 Library Missing

I just upgraded to 3.0.5930 and now my library is missing.  Server manager shows that my library paths are all configured properly, but webUI shows nothing.

 

Running "Scan Library" takes less than one second.

 

The upgrade seemed to have gone fine and I don't see anything in /var/log/emby-server.log that would indicate a problem.

i can confirm this issue, the first time I saw was when I upgraded the server to 3.0.059XX (I don't remember the exact version) since then I have upgraded the server to 3.0.5933.0 but the issue stil exists.

edit: the issue first existed when i upgraded from 3.0.5882.0 to 3.0.5932.0

I have the same issue running Emby as a FreeNAS plugin.

 

Going in to FreeNAs I noticed the shares I have for the media were not mounted in the Emby Jail. I rebooted the server, checked the shares were mounted, then did a rescan of my library and the media has all returned.

I managed to fix the issue by deleting the  library.db, library.db-shm, library.db-wal files in the emby data directory and restarting emby
